FAQ

  • Vinyl excels in moisture resistance for snowy, wet winters and basements, while laminate offers a hardwood look at a lower price and holds up well in dry living spaces—both keeping material and labor costs low.

  • I handle everything from start to finish. Flooring preparation and installation. Including removing old flooring, leveling, trim work, and any fabrication that might be needed for a seamless finish.

  • Yes I do! I am a do it all contractor that is focused on flooring and services that compliment a new floor. If you want a new toilet put in while I am installing new floor, I can do that, want a new mirror hung with a different light fixture? I can do that too. Don’t hesitate to ask about what you need done!

  • This entirely depends on the job, some floors will be ready to go with no removal or leveling needed. In those cases I can be in and out in one day. If there is carpet or old flooring to remove then there will be more prep work and perhaps time needed for leveling compound to dry before installation can begin. In short it can take anywhere from 1 day to a week or more depending on the job complexity and size.

  • DeVries Renovations guarantees that my installs will be done exactly as planned and last to there life expectancy. Any bulging, movement, looseness or otherwise defect in any product that was not damaged by regular use and is within a reasonable timeframe will be eligible for free repair upon inspection.
